At Just a moment..., we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided through the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
